DAY 01

Lagoon Circuit, History and the Last Inca Bridge

In the morning, we will pick you up from your respective hotels between 4:30 and 5:00 am. We will then depart for the South Valley, arriving in Cusipata after approximately two hours of travel, where a delicious breakfast is included.
We will then board our transport and travel for another 25 minutes to reach the first lagoon, Pomacanchi. There, we will make a brief stop for an explanation of the area and then continue to the next lagoon, Acopia, where we will also take photos and hear an explanation of the surroundings. Our third lagoon is Asnaqocha, located in a beautiful spot perfect for taking photos and breathing in the fresh air. Finally, we will arrive at Pampamarca Lagoon.

After visiting the four lagoons, we will pass through small historical towns, such as the town of Túpac Amaru II, where we will also visit his house. During our tour, we will also have the opportunity to visit a small volcano known as Volcán Pabellones. After this, we will continue our tour to the Inca bridge of Q'eswachaca. Here, we will experience Inca culture firsthand, and the guide will explain why it is made of ichu grass.
After enjoying the natural beauty and cultural sites, we will return to our restaurant for a buffet lunch and then depart for Cusco, arriving at approximately 4:30 pm.
