Machu Picchu Panoramic Tour

The day begins in Cusco, where our team will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the Peru Rail or IncaRail bus station. From there, you’ll begin a comfortable road transfer to the Ollantaytambo train station, in the heart of the Sacred Valley. The journey offers an excellent opportunity to take in the Andean scenery.
Once in Ollantaytambo, the train will take you on a scenic journey through Andean landscapes and lush vegetation to Aguas Calientes.
From there, we’ll head to the bus station to ascend to the citadel via a winding road. This short 30-minute drive offers panoramic views that set the stage for the majesty that awaits us.
Upon arrival at the entrance, you will be greeted by your private guide, who will accompany you throughout your visit. Together, you will begin the tour along Circuit 1-A, one of the most comprehensive and exclusive routes that will allow you to enjoy the best panoramic views of the citadel.
The trail will take you to the most iconic sites, such as the Guardian’s House, from where you can enjoy the famous postcard view of Machu Picchu. Your expert guide will reveal the secrets of this sacred site and explain the history of its structures as you explore the Main Temple, the Sacred Plaza, and the Intihuatana (the Sacred Sundial), gaining a deep understanding of Inca culture.
After the tour, we’ll head down to Aguas Calientes, where you’ll have free time to have lunch and explore this charming town. Finally, you’ll take the train back to Ollantaytambo. Upon arrival, you’ll board a bus operated by the same railway company to continue the journey back to Cusco.
