In the afternoon, we will explore the pre-Inca Huacas in the heart of the city. The day culminates with a private visit to the Larco Museum, surrounded by colonial gardens, followed by a welcome dinner at its exclusive restaurant, celebrating award-winning Peruvian cuisine.

We begin with a panoramic view of the Huaca Pucllana, an imposing adobe ceremonial center in the heart of Miraflores. We will cross modern Lima towards the Historic Center to tour the Plaza de Armas and its European-style palaces. The highlight will be the entrance to the Convent of San Francisco, where we will explore its famous Catacombs, a network of underground passages that keep the colonial history of the city. We will end the day with the sea breeze from the Parque del Amor and the spectacular views from Larcomar.

We start the day at the Chorrillos Fishing Terminal. Together with an expert, you will learn to choose the "fish of the day" and recognize the best lemons and chili peppers on the market. Then, in a private workshop facing the sea, you will master cutting into perfect cubes and preparing a signature Tiger's Milk. We will finish with a lunch paired with craft beer or Pisco, complemented with a Northern Rice with Seafood or grilled octopus.

This tour begins with a visit to a market to taste local supplies, continuing to the Historic Center of Lima to observe its monuments and architecture. At this point, a tasting of pisco and Peruvian cocoa products takes place. Afterwards, participants learn how to prepare ceviche and enjoy a light lunch. The route continues to the Barranco district to explore its streets and concludes at a local restaurant with a tasting of traditional picarones prepared with pumpkin and sweet potato.
